Norfolk Defendant Receives Reduced Sentence

Defense attorney Chad Dorsk asked the court for lenience, arguing Beale was exposed to drugs at a young age by his parents. He added that Beale turned to the drug trade in 2011 "to help support himself and his loved ones."
